Unsure where to start, or what you’re looking for? I offer therapy for adults meant to be accessible, and practical, especially for people that are just starting out with therapy. I strive to create a relaxed, down to earth approach that lets you be you, and learn more about yourself without needing to learn a lot of new “jargon”.

Individualized, Strength-Based Therapy for Adults

I believe you are the world’s leading expert on you. While I bring my own education, experience, and expertise to into the fold, I like to work in such a way as to tailor what I offer in accordance to your strengths, values, and needs. I work with adults, anyone 18 years old or older.

Teletherapy in Pennsylvania

My practice is currently Teletherapy only. Teletherapy entails talk therapy conducted over a HIPPA compliant video platform.

Knowledge is power. I offer therapy for adults, intended to educate you, which I believe can empower you to make the best decisions for yourself. Through this knowledge, I will support you in developing skills and strategies, and will help you to practice them. I believe this helps people to take action in their life, with an understanding of their own capabilities and realizing their autonomy.

Insurance Accepted

Currently, I accept Keystone Health Plan East, from Independence Blue Cross.

I also offer a cash rate of $135 per session, and can offer a sliding scale to make therapy more affordable.
